I started to appreciate my health at an early age but didn’t realize my mistakes until I hit my late 30s. It was at that point, despite being a triathlete, an avid exerciser and someone who paid attention to my nutrition, that I started to experience digestive issues, brain fog, and impaired sleep. So I dove into the literature and did my best to understand how I could intervene to improve the way I felt. In that journey, I discovered that fitness and health are not linear and that sometimes less is more. I started to embrace the concept of Recovery and being smarter about my food decisions and my exercise plan. Being a Physical Therapist for over 20 years has also demonstrated to me the importance of joint health and good decisions related to your body or you will pay the price in your marginal decade of life.
Revive is the result of that journey as well as the frustrations that I have experienced with conventional medicine and “sick” care. If you are willing to put in the work, you can regain control of your life and stop relying on medications with so many side effects. It is my intent to share with you the intricacies and deeper insights into lifestyle medicine that help you look better, feel better and age slower. Our goal at Revive is to provide you with an individualized road map to achieving Healthspan, Weight Loss, PaIn Relief, Recovery and even Beauty, depending on your priority.

Sarah Hayes is a Registered Nurse, a Certified Aesthetic Injector, an Allergan Trainer, and a Nurse Injector at Baylor Scott & White Reconstructive Plastic Surgery in Dallas, TX.
After graduating with a degree in nursing, Sarah Hayes began her medical career as an ICU nurse. Several years later, she found and followed her passion by becoming a Certified Nurse Injector at Baylor Scott & White Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. In 2019, Sarah began working side-by-side with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Neil Mauskar to establish, build, and grow a successful practice. Today that practice has expanded to Rockwall, TX and continues to grow its footprint beyond the Dallas area.
In addition, Sarah is a trainer for Allergan and provides monthly training for numerous practices in the DFW area and beyond. In 2021, Sarah established a professional development and networking group for nurse injectors called “Injector’s Night Out.” Sarah believes in community over competition and hopes to help strengthen the relationships and knowledge of nurse injectors in the DFW area.
Holding her relationships with her patients and their safety in the highest regard, Sarah specializes in aesthetics and skillfully administers injectable treatments to help her patients enhance their best features and achieve natural-looking results. Sarah has pursued advanced training and received certifications in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO threads, Sculptra and Kybella®. She is passionate about training injectors and remains committed to the growth and advancement of the aesthetics industry.
Beyond her exceptional and artful skill set, Sarah’s fun-loving personality and warm approach result in mutual trust and meaningful connections with her patients. Sarah’s mission in life is to care for others in a way that makes them feel safe, important, and seen. To be able to fulfill this mission while utilizing her nursing license and passion for aesthetics has been the highlight of her career thus far.

Kenneth Baird, M.D.
Medical DirectorKenneth Baird, M.D. has been practicing family medicine since 1989, in Texas for the majority of those years. He and his wife have 3 wonderful children and one grandchild. He became involved in aesthetics in 2005 and expanded the scope of his practice to include anti-aging procedures. He has been a provider of bioidentical hormone replacement since 2013. He is very excited about his collaboration with Revive Health and Beauty and is impressed with the technology that has been brought in to Revive to help people regain health that they have lost. When Dr. Baird is not practicing in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchild. He also continues to train in and teach Taekwondo, currently at the rank of 5th degree blackbelt.

Haley Mason, NP-BC
Clinical Science DirectorHaley Mason is a Texas board-certified nurse practitioner in primary care for adults and geriatrics. She graduated from Midwestern State University in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and then from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2021 with a Masters in Nursing. Haley has extensive acute care nursing experience with critical cardiac, transplant, surgical and LVAD patients. After caring for patients with end stage organ disease for over 8 years, Haley decided that her calling and passion was to assist patients in disease prevention. She strives to make a meaningful difference by providing treatments that allow clients to look and feel their very best. She differs from other providers by being a firm believer that “normal” is not always “optimal.” In her spare time, Haley enjoys cooking, watching live music, staying active, thrift shopping, and spending time with her husband and son.
Taylor Hamblin
Director of OperationsAfter spending the last 13 years working with Shane and his wife, Tracy, in the physical therapy field, she was asked to help create this amazing space we call Revive. Taylor has always made fitness a part of her life, but after having children she decided to give up fast food as a way to help lose weight and realized how much better she felt. After that she began making other subtle changes that have led her to ultimately having more energy, better sleep, and now a passion to help others look and feel their absolute best. Taylor is certified in Lymphatic Drainage with Dermashape, HOCATT, and Evoke.
Charla
Licensed Massage TherapistCharla Dodson is a native Texan and licensed massage therapist since 2001 Graduating from the Institute of Bodywork Studies in Lewisville, Texas. Specialties include, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point, post surgical rehabilitation and corrective work. Other modalities include reflexology, energy balancing and life coaching. Charla enjoys treating the whole body, mind, and spirit since everything is connected.
